"Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak." - Matthew 26:41 (NIV)
In this scripture, our Lord is telling us WATCH/PRAY that we won't fall into temptation. Think about it, we can be or are tempted everyday! The enemy is out to trip us up. Our flesh (soul, mind, body) is so weak BUT our spirit is strong in HIM! Pray without ceasing, keep focused on our Lord and He will deliver you out of the temptations that cross your path!
